A Vision for Bespoke Software Automation

Agentic flow to build custom software for businesses


I’ve been thinking about a vision for bespoke software automation that I could roll out to different verticals.

This agentic flow spans from lead generation to customer support. The only step I currently partake in at the moment is meeting with the owner to make the sale. Something the above diagram is missing is that through selling, building, and then refining, both the top of the funnel context gets refined as well as the base product that we build from.

I’ll come back to this and hone the vision as I execute. Currently, I’m working to build a base product for coffee shops. I’ve been working with Robust Coffee to build them out a bespoke app, and I’m hoping that once I get one up and running, other sales will follow. That said, I’m not super optimistic about coffee shops being the best vertical, but reps are reps!
