AI Chief of Staff - Update

My AI Chief of Staff has been the single greatest value-add for my AI use in the past year.

A week ago, I set out to create a way where I can always interact with the higher-level agents that I work with - the ones that handle decisions and make plans. I’m honestly shocked with how well this has worked.

My AI Chief of Staff has enabled exactly that - delegating, monitoring, and verifying work while I can consistently interact with it.

At Zero, this has often looked like 3-5 projects going on at one time that my CoS manages, determines when they’re done, and reports back on their progress.

This has allowed me to get a whole lot more done while also not feeling like I’m jumping between projects every 10 seconds.
