Overload is an iOS app for workout tracking, progressive overload tracking, workout history, templates, social workout sharing, tagging training partners, comments and likes, profile photos, and optional push notifications.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Overload, the app may collect and store:
- Email address, user ID, and username.
- Profile photo, if you add one.
- Workout logs, exercise sets, cardio sessions, and body measurements if entered.
- Public workout notes, comments, likes, follows, and tagged training partners.
- Push notification token, if you enable notifications.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide and improve core app functionality, including:
- Account creation and login, including email/password and Sign in with Apple.
- Syncing workouts and related data across devices when you are signed in.
- Social features such as public workout sharing, comments, likes, follows, and training partner tags.
- Sending push notifications if you choose to enable them.
- Providing support and maintaining app functionality.
Storage and Sync
Workout data may be stored locally on your device. If you sign in, data may also sync to Supabase, which Overload uses for authentication, cloud sync, profile and social data, and storage.
Tracking and Advertising
Overload does not sell personal data. Overload does not use personal data for tracking, third-party advertising, or third-party analytics. The app does not include ads.
Account Deletion and Backups
You can delete your account and synced cloud data from in-app Settings. You can also export and import local backups from Settings.
